The Bingowizzard
A few years ago I started collecting and restorating Bally Bingo's from the 50 'ties and 60 'ties. I did this knowing when I should retire to have a hobby after a busy job. In this way I would like to spend my time in future. At first I was looking for the bingo's alone, but after a while I met Ed (the Bingowizzard) who worked with the machines for a long time and who was looking for a hobby too. To-gether we searched in Holland, but mainly in Belgium where we could find Bally Bingo's as they were played there recently.
By using internet we contacted more collectors in Holland, Belgium, England and the USA.
Thanks to people like, Peter Hoebert (NL) who owns the greatest Bally Bingo collection in the world, Coos Hakvoort (NL) who can supply nice specially made spares, Carl Jacobs (B) who helped us many times, Chris Dade (UK) who saved many Bally Bingo's from the scrapyard with his digitally technics, Phil Hooper (USA) who's website is the best to read everything about Bally Bingo's and Hugh Kown (Oldbinger, USA) where I stayed several times and helped me out with problems, do Ed and I enjoy our hobby. In the mean time we restored a lot of bingo's and on these pages we want to get you an impression of what we produced lately.
